We specialize in premium vintage framed art, retro picture frames, and gallery wall decor, and we’re committed to ensuring your unique art pieces arrive safely and in perfect condition. Below is our shipping policy to guide you through our process, timelines, and terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Since our products include handcrafted and vintage-style framed art, some orders may require extra care during preparation—processing may take up to 3 business days for these items. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (your local time) will begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to ensure your framed art is protected during transit, with availability varying by location:
Standard Shipping Estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $85, and a flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $85. All framed art is packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.
Expedited Shipping Estimated delivery takes 2–4 business days, available to most U.S. locations for a flat rate of $13.99. This option is recommended for customers needing their art for home decor deadlines or gifting purposes.
International Shipping Estimated delivery takes 12–22 business days, with a flat rate of $18.99. Due to the fragile nature of framed art, international shipments include extra protective packaging. Please note that duties and taxes may apply to international orders.
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delays may occur due to the fragile handling requirements of framed art.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. For international orders, we ship to select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team at support@vintageframeart.com for assistance with shipping options.
4. International Shipping Terms
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping costs. International shipments of framed art may experience additional delays due to customs processing (outside of our control), as fragile items may require extra inspection. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees and timelines.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also track your order by logging into your vintageframeart.com account and viewing your order history. For framed art orders, we may provide additional updates on packaging status to ensure peace of mind.
6. Shipping Issues & Damaged Packages
Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Framed art is fragile—if your order arrives damaged, broken, or with defects, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@vintageframeart.com with clear photos of the damage (including packaging) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, full refund, or store credit, and we may cover return shipping for damaged items.
7. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase before it enters processing. Once an order has been processed (especially custom or framed art orders), it cannot be cancelled, as items are prepared specifically for your order.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—incorrect addresses may lead to delayed or lost shipments. If you need to modify your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@vintageframeart.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
